Frizzante is a low-carbonated sparkling wine that is added during the production process. When the wine is "still", carbonated lye is added and cooling pressure is applied during the impregnation process. Production by tank fermentation is also possible. When the frizzante is opened, it releases its carbon dioxide very quickly, it becomes "tasteless".
