White wines are often used as an aperitif before a meal, with dessert or as a refreshing drink between meals. White wines are often considered more refreshing and lighter in style and flavor than most of their red wine counterparts. Additionally, white wines are commonly used in cooking for their acidity, flavor, and ability to soften meats and degrease cooking juices.

Frizzante is a low-carbonated sparkling wine that is added during the production process. When the wine is "still", carbonated lye is added and cooling pressure is applied during the impregnation process. Production by tank fermentation is also possible. When the frizzante is opened, it releases its carbon dioxide very quickly, it becomes "tasteless".
Frizzante is the perfect companion for all occasions in every season. Not only is it a wonderful aperitif or welcome drink, it also makes a great meal pairing with its variety of flavors. White and Rosé Frizzante goes well with appetizers, fish dishes, white meat, finger food, summer vegetables and sweet desserts. Red sparkling wine is a brilliant alternative to red wine with roasted dark meat. In summer Frizzante can be used in a variety of ways to create delicious cocktails.

A rosé is a type of wine that contains some of the color of the grape skins, but not enough to qualify as a red wine. It may be the oldest known type of wine as it is easiest to make using the skin contact method. The pink color can range from a pale "onion-skin" orange to a vibrant near-purple, depending on the grape varieties used and winemaking techniques. Rosé wine can be made in three ways: skin contact, saignée, and blending. Rosé wines can be made still, sparkling or sparkling and with a wide range of sweetness from very dry Provençal rosé to sweet white Zinfandels and blush. Rosé wines are made from a variety of grapes and can be found all over the world.

Red wine is a type of wine made from dark (black) grape varieties. The color of the wine ranges from intense violet, typical of young wines, to brick red for mature wines and brown for older red wines. The juice of most purple grapes is greenish-white, with the red color coming from anthocyanin pigments present in the grape's skin; Exceptions are the relatively rare Teinturier varieties, which produce a red colored juice. Much of the red wine production process therefore involves the extraction of color and flavor components from the grape skin.

The wine-growing community of Illmitz is located on the eastern shore of Lake Neusiedl in sunny Burgenland in Austria, marked by countless lakes and endless plains. This area, which is called "Seewinkel", is very much influenced by the Pannonian climate. It is characterized by very hot and dry summer days and cold winters.
The winegrowing business has been family-run since 1926 and is now in the 4th family with Norbert Kroiss. Generation. His father Michael Kroiss is always at his side with advice and action and is an indispensable part of the company.
In 1926, the great-grandfather started a small wine production and since then the business has grown steadily. Around 35h of vineyard areas are currently being cultivated. The vineyard areas are planted with approx. 40% white wine and approx. 60% red wine stocks.
With the most gentle processing and selection of the best grapes, we try to produce fruity white wines and full-bodied red wines at the highest level.
We pay great attention to typical Austrian grape varieties such as Zweigelt, Blaufränkisch, Grüner Veltliner or Welschriesling. International varieties such as Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir or Chardonnay are also ideal for this area.

November 1999 Thomas was born bringing joy and sunshine to his happy parents and grandparents. since 17 February 2004 he has a little brother Christoph. Her little sister Anna is 21. We are organic wine. The Winzerhof Allacher, which has grown over generations, is one of the pioneers in the wine-growing community of Gols when it comes to ecological viticulture (since 1992) and histamine in wine. The unity between nature and man is formed by Inge, Matthias and Rainer, who do everything to preserve the originality of the wine. This is a big challenge that requires a lot of knowledge and understanding.
Originality can also be found in local varieties such as Grüner Veltliner and Zweigelt - the supporting structure, so to speak. The vineyards in Gols are tended and cared for with a balanced ratio of red wine to white wine. The result of this dedicated attitude towards real winegrowing are finesse-rich, vintage-typical wine personalities that are enjoyed in Austria, but also internationally - and that really makes friends!
